I am writing this letter in order to recommend Ms. Theodora Nistor for the position of language instructor at Creative Camp.

I have known Theodora since the 6th grade and as her friend I can assure you that she is very reliable person. She is the right person to work with children because she has a grace in communication with all the people around her.

To the best of my knowledge, Ms. Theodora Nistor is an intelligent person, hard working and very motivated, and able to find quickly the best solution for high complexity problems. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently, and is able to effectly multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner.

As she was involved in a series of languages projects, I have noticed that she has very goodabilities in areas like communication, children, etc.

Throughout her activity, she behaved persuasively and confidently, helping improve theprojects and public image. I especially appreciated her proactive attitude and the solutions sheoffered using her clear thinking and ability to plan ahead.

Moreover, during our collaboration, I noticed her being an open, communicative person,enjoyable to all her co-workers.
