Recipe Review - Asian Pasta Salad Pasta salads are one of my favorite summer foods.  Other than cooking the pasta, most of them require little to no cooking, and they are always easy to adapt to suit your own tastes.  This Asian Pasta Salad has become one of my go-to dishes for the summer. I never make it the exact same way more than once, but I do always add some peanut butter to the marinade! This time I added quickly sauteed zucchini, matchstick carrots, and fresh peppers (bell and banana).  It's a great way to use up random veggies that are in your fridge! I also always leave out the toasted sesame seeds but add Furikake to my individual servings. Various Recipes I think this tastes even better the next day after the pasta has a chance to soak up the spices! Do you have a favorite summer recipe?
