Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
2 containers (5-6 ounces each) of vanilla Greek yogurt
4 1/2 ounces (about 11 squares) of 70%+ cacao dark chocolate
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Place broken chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until the chocolate is melted. Check and stir the chocolate frequently to avoid burning. Remove from microwave and set aside to cool.
2. Put the yogurt in a bowl and whip with a whisk until it is a lighter consistency.
3. Once chocolate is cool, pour it into the yogurt and whip again until well mixed.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for two hours.
5. Top with raspberries or strawberries and enjoy!
