Christmas Cabbage Soup CHRISTMAS CABBAGE

INGREDIENTS: 400 g sauerkraut, 4 g of dried mushrooms, smoked meat 20 g, 150 g home made sausages, lard or oil, onions, garlic, ground red pepper, ground black pepper, salt, flour, cumin, cream and water.

Christmas Cabbage Soup PROCEDURE: o Wash the sauerkraut and put it into a big pot and cook it in water. Add sausages and meat. Add salt, cumin, black pepper. o Chop the onion. Fry it quickly in oil on a pan. Add red pepper and flour. Stir quickly.o Add fried onion to the soup and boil till it gets thicker.o Chop the meat and sausage, then serve the soup. You can add a teaspoon of cream.
