Children will develop physical problem-solving skills that can transfer to many areas of their lives. We use play-based activities and role-playing to practice Judo/Jujitsu based self-defense tech-niques. Most martial arts programs rely on striking the attacker with violent punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, but we take a different ap-proach. All the techniques are purely defensive and avoid striking. We look forward to providing you and your child with a memorable learning experience. Instructor: Frank gerlitz, phD. 5 Blackbelt Judo, 7 Blackbelt Jujitsu. 7 weeks.
