DR. SHIMON ECKHOUSE

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Eckhouse is an inventor, active entrepreneur and investor in the field

of medical technologies. He is currently the CEO of Syneron Medical

Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELOS) which he co-founded in 2001 and took public in

2004. He was also a co-founder and Chairman of Ventor Medical

Technologies Ltd (acquired by Medtronic in 2009 for $325M) and is the

Chairman and co-founder of CardioDex, NanoCyte, Navotek, Tulip, Rapid Medical, Opticul Diagnostic, C3D, and

the Chairman of Orsense.

Dr. Eckhouse was the founder, Chairman and CEO of ESC Medical Systems (today Lumenis) from its inception

in 1992 until 1999. He holds a B.Sc. in physics from the Technion and a Ph.D. in physics from the University of

California at Irvine. He has more than 100 registered patents and published more than 50 papers in leading

journals and conferences. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Technion, Israeli Institute of

Technology.

AVIAD KAUFMAN

CEO and Founder

Mr. Kaufman is a business executive and entrepreneur with meaningful

business management experience within multinational technology-

oriented companies. Prior to establishing RealView Imaging, Mr.

Kaufman’s experience includes business and marketing positions within

Lipman Electronics, a leading global provider and manufacturer of

electronic payment systems (acquired in 2006 by VeriFone, NYSE: PAY) and Rafael Defense Industries,

Israel’s world-renowned defense design and development center, where he worked with international customers

in large scale technological defense projects.

Mr. Kaufman earned his MBA (cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University, a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Industrial

Engineering & Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the Merage

Executive Program in Irvine California.

Mr. Gelman is a highly skilled R&D and business executive, with vast hands-on experience and inventions in the

field of multidisciplinary electro-optical and display technologies. Before

founding RealView Imaging, Mr. Gelman worked for Elbit Systems

(NASDAQ: ESLT), one of Israel’s largest defense companies, leading

large scale R&D programs of hi-tech helmet-mounted display systems

for aviation/pilot applications, actively used by leading Air Forces around

the world.

Over the years, he has gained substantial system engineering and

leadership skills, working on cutting edge projects and leading multiple

complex programs and operations. Mr. Gelman earned his Executive MBA (cum laude) from the Haifa

University, a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Industrial Engineering (IT) & Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of

Technology and is a graduate of the Merage Executive Program in Irvine California.

DR. ELCHANAN BRUCKHEIMER

Medical Director

Dr. Bruckheimer is a leading cardiologist and is the Director of the

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories at Schneider Children’s Medical

Center, Israel. Dr. Bruckheimer is an expert in interventional cardiology

for the treatment of congenital and structural heart disease and serves

regularly on faculty at leading international meetings including TCT

(Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics), PICS-AICS, CSI, ICI and the Veith symposium.

Trained as a physician in the UK, he later specialized in pediatric interventional cardiology in the US at Yale

University in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Bruckheimer is a proven entrepreneur in the medical device industry

and a leading expert on 3D cardiac imaging.

DR. CARMEL ROTSCHILD

Scientific Director and Founder

Dr. Rotschild is a leading scientist and an expert in optical physics and

optical engineering, with substantial industry and academic experience.

For over 15 years, Dr. Rotschild has gained meaningful hands-on

experience in the design and development of highly sophisticated optical

systems. He has earned both his B.Sc. in Optical Engineering and a

Ph.D. in Optical Physics from the Technion, and has completed his post-doc at the Massachusetts Institute of

Technology (MIT).

Along his academic career, he has gained some of the most prestigious awards for young researchers, such as

the Fulbright Scholarship. Dr. Rotschild is currently a faculty member at the Technion, Israel Institute of

Technology, and is leading the Optical Engineering studies at the Mechanical Engineering department.
