General Programme for Professional Training of public servants in the State Administration bodies was adopted at the Session of Government on the 26th of January 2012.

EVALUATION OF TRAINING
REALISED DURING
THE YEAR 2012
In the goal of QUALITY ASSURANCE, the feedback regarding various aspects of the quality of held training is gained, amongst other, through the evaluation questionnaires which participants complete at the end of every training.
The results of quantitative and qualitative processing of evaluation questionnaires (2523 of them) will be shown further.

Због чега знамо да добро радимо...Participants were especially pleased with:
Trainerexpertise, manner of presentation, communicativeness/openness, patience,
the attention given to the participants, charisma, kindness, systematic, good preparation, interestingness, efficiency, experience and skills, precise and clear exposure, active approach, direct approach
Acquired knowledgeusefulness in completion of work assignments, better oversight/systematized
existing knowledge, removing all doubts, the participants understood examples and acquired guidelines for future doings
Communication/interaction with trainer/other participants, productivity of discussion, chance to ask
questions, trainers openness to questions, active involvement, exercises/workshops/concrete examples, good group dynamics, exchange of experience, commenting dilemmas/issues in everyday work
Organisation of trainingefficiency, enough time for the trainers and for discussion, globally - training
is perfect, satisfaction with training in full, the manner of training
Comments and suggestions of participants:
• Most of them concern general appraisal for trainers, organization of training, support provided for future work, and finally the pleasure for participating, along with the possibility to apply the acquired knowledge.
• The conclusion would be that, in most cases the participants express positive comments regarding their attendance in training. There are fewer negative comments which tend to be more to the point, and therefore represent the basis for improvement of organization of training planned for the forthcoming part of the year.
There were few remarks concerning:
• Short duration of training - extend the duration of training due to the broadness of thematic area and the scope of matter
• Use of examples – insufficient, inadequate, unadjusted, too much time dedicated to the initial part of training
• Technical aspects – stuffiness, bad illumination, no catering/organized lunch break
