Bio:

Devon is a Sr. Area Sales Manager for McKesson Corp. His scope covers medical surgical sales, healthcare reform and technology partnerships for distribution to IDN’s, Health Systems( acute and non-acute) and independent physician practices. He currently manages a team of twelve sales executives covering Central Florida, with 60 million in sales under management. Two of his largest customers are Orlando Health and Adventist Health System.

Devon has been a part of ACHE and recently joined NAHSE via relocation to Florida. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc, volunteer for Boys and Girls Clubs of America and recently selected to participate in ELC. He also belongs to several ERG’s at McKesson including Aspire and Emerging Professionals. Devon recently completed McKesson’s Sales Leadership Development Program. He is working on his Master in Health Administration at Saint Joseph’s University, with a completion date of 2019.

Devon is interested in connecting and growing the NAHSE footprint in Central Florida, as he operates out of Orlando. Devon is a graduate of Saint Xavier University, with a dual degree in Finance and English.

Experience Overview:Kim is a Partner in Deloitte’s Health Care and Life Sciences practice with more than 25 years health care consulting experience leading complex programs, focusing on quality, and managing human resource and culture risk at large not-for-profit and academic medical centers. Kim is the East Region Health Care Provider Market Leader where she mobilizes Deloitte’s leaders and resources to solve clients’ complex issues around growth, human capital, population health management, operational transformation and financial and strategic risk.

Kim has served on the Deloitte Board Council and a number of industry boards including the Healthcare Financial Management Association Board and as Chairman of the Florida Institute of CPA’s Healthcare Committee. She currently serves on Deloitte’s Nominating Committee.

She was previously Deloitte’s Audit & Enterprise Risk Services Diversity & Inclusion leader driving the team’s focus on fostering an inclusive culture where all of Deloitte’s people feel like they belong and providing opportunities for all to grow personally and professionally. Kim is an active member and past Treasurer of the National Association of Health Services Executives and past President and lifetime member of the National Association for Black Accountants. She has been profiled in Diversity Inc.’s Women Worth Watching, Carlos Arboleya Community Service Award as well as the first recipient of National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.’s (NABA) Hidden Jewel Award. Kim is very active in her church and community and has a passion for healthcare and service.

M&A Integration Planning and Execution: Coordinated the planning and execution of the Day 1 and Day 100 requirements with administrative leaders across several functions including clinical and support operations, licenses and permits, and quality improvement.

Clinical Productivity and Performance Improvement: Led the assessment, design, and implementation of multiple performance improvement projects to enhance operational efficiencies in nursing, care management, and pharmacy services resulting in over $30M in realized margin improvement.

Turnaround Change Management: Organized a $150M EBITDA improvement and strategic development turnaround project plan, including budget reconciliations and change management, for a private equity backed Healthcare IT company.

Operating Model Design: Led the design of an integrated operating model for a large, 13 hospital healthcare system to better meet key performance indicators by strategic alignment with functional areas and service lines.

Medical School Development: Developed the financial budget models, coordinated the development of the high- level business plan, and provided project management through LCME accreditation requirements for a new medical school.

Ryan O’QuinnRyan is a Manager in Deloitte’s Health Care Provider practice with expansive knowledge and experience in clinical productivity, corporate shared services, mergers & acquisition planning, revenue cycle management, and business plan development. Ryan has led several performance improvement and operations transformation projects for large health care provider systems and academic medical centers across the country. More recently Ryan has been managing the M&A Day 1 planning, blueprinting, and integration synergies road mapping for large healthcare provider transactions. In this space, Ryan has supported 6 transactions for a total of $16 B in assets. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2012, Ryan worked at Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center in the office of the president on financial modeling, payor mix analyses, and operations improvement projects.

Prior to following her entrepreneurial passion, for seven (7) years, Christie served as the Director of Government & Community Relations for Baptist Health South Florida, the largest non-profit hospital system in South Florida. In that role, she ensured that Baptist Health maintained positive relationships in the business, government and civic communities of South Florida. Additionally, she managed the department’s multi-million dollar budget and provided oversight to numerous community partnerships.

Prior to Baptist Health, Christie had business development positions with two national healthcare organizations, ApolloMD and Duke Healthcare. She covered large multi-state territories and developed and implemented strategic growth plans. From 1996-2005, Christie had a successful career in commercial real estate leasing. Specializing in office properties, she negotiated lease transactions with top companies, representing both landlords and tenants.

Christie has been actively engaged in South Florida having served on many board and having leadership roles in many organizations. She's been blessed to receive many recognitions for her work in the community.

Christie is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia and has her Global M.B.A. from Alliance Manchester Business School in Manchester, England having studied abroad in Hong Kong and Manchester.

CHRISTIE GRAYSChristie Grays is president of I Am CHIC (Christie Has It Covered), a full service lifestyle consulting business founded in 2016. I Am CHIC helps people and organizations cover priorities. The main focus is wardrobe and image consulting which instills confidence and develops an effective visual image for business people and TV news personalities. Christie also consults with organizations for board establishment, fundraising, event planning and more. I Am CHIC helps develop the image you or your business presents to the world.

Is a Serial entrepreneur, socialpreneur and servant business leader.Hutchinson is the Founder, and Chief Servant Officer of ICABA® (International Career and Business Alliance, Inc.), a, global business organization serving its membership of accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs of color by helping them achieve their career, business and lifestyle aspirations through valuable connections, information and opportunities. He is also he Managing Partner of JHJ Marketing Group, LLC, a South Florida based marketing agency providing its clients with culturally relevant strategies executed through engagement marketing, experiential marketing, advertising, public relations and social media.

Hutchinson has also enjoyed a successful career as a radio executive from 2002 through 2008 serving as General Sales Manager for three of the nation’s top five urban radio stations: Houston’s KMJQ--FM, Majic 102, Atlanta’s WVEE--FM, V--103, and Miami’s WEDR--FM, 99JAMZ. Prior to entering the radio industry, Hutchinson made history when he and his Father launched WYCS-TV, Kentucky’s first African American owned television station in his hometown of Louisville, Ky. WYCS-TV signed on-air March 6, 1996. As a serial entrepreneur, Hutchinson’s business interests have included broadcasting, information technology, retailing, and a marketing consultancy.

Since arriving in South Florida in 2005, Hutchinson has been active in the community serving on the boards of 100 Black Men of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, the Broward Alliance, BB&T Bank Advisory Board (Broward County), Nova Southeastern University Ambassadors Board, the Broward Workforce Development Board, the Broward Presidents Community Council, Board Chairman, Broward Health Foundation, Florida Memorial University Business School Advisory Board and the Broward Alliance Governor’s Council. He is also an alumnus of the 2008-09 Leadership Broward Class XXVII. He has received numerous awards for business and civic leadership; in 2015, the Collective Empowerment Group presented him the “Grand Champion” award and the TJ Reddick Bar Association presented him their “Business Leadership” award. In 2016, the Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce recognized Hutchinson as a “Man of Distinction”. In 2017, Hutchinson received the Vanguard Award from the Mosaic Group. Hutchinson has also been featured in local and national media for his civic and business leadership.

Hutchinson is single and has two (2) daughters, Kristin and Naomi. He is a member of Potential Church and resides in Plantation, Florida.

Draeger is a 5th generation family ran global business headquartered in Lubeck Germany with domestic base in Telford, PA. The company specializes in technology that saves lives and each employee is tasked with protecting, supporting, and improving the lives of patients around the world. As an account executive Natoia support all IDNs, standalone hospitals, and surgery centers in the South Florida geography, spanning from Sarasota to Key West. She manages the sale process of capital equipment such as anesthesia machines and patient monitors. Natoia also supports consumables and service agreements. Managing the activities of Draeger’s service and clinical team and work closely with hospital’s C-Suite, Corporate VAT team, and SCM, Natoia facilitates the entry of large capital purchases.

Natoia can be viewed as a consultant aligned with various departments in accomplishing a unified objective through access to great products that offer exceptional patient care, recognizing cost savings, and improved OR efficiency. She guides clinicians on the how to properly use equipment in the OR, assist the administrative team with accomplishing their financial objectives, while simultaneously managing the expectations of the company.

She has worked with conglomerate Johnson & Johnson for 5.5 years and fortune 500 company, Teleflex Medical for 4.5 years. John RileyJohn Riley is the CEO and Co-Founder of C-N-C Blockchain Advisory company. He has over 17 years’ experience in the software applications space working for companies like Oracle and SAP. He has primarily worked in the consultingservices sector assisting organizations with their software implementations, business process changes, digital transformation initiative’s and end-user adoption training and education. He’salso a U.S. Marine war veteran.

Allan DaisleyAllan Daisley is the Managing Director of Startupbootcamp Digital Health SCALE in Miami, a program that helps high growth potential startups engage with and bring impactful technologies to healthcare stakeholders.
