Real Pro's WIRE FORMING TOOL INSTRUCTIONS

To Make a Closed “EYE” Loop1. Place your wire shaft between pins

with short end pointed up. Bend longend around tall pin in counter clock-wise direction about ¾ of a revolu-tion (270 degrees) to from eye.

2. Remove wire shaft. Place eye ofshaft over pin on crank with shortend up and long end through slot inhead. Turn crank clockwise slowlyso that short end of shaft slides intogrove on head.

3. With short end engaged in groove,push crank toward head and turnclockwise at the same time. Con-tinue turning crank until short end ofwire is completely wrapped aroundshaft. You will hear a “click” whenthis occurs.

To Make an Open “EYE” Loop1. Place wire shaft between pins with

short end pointed to the left. Bendshort end away from you to form a 30degree angle. Leave at least 5/8"between short end and pin.

2. Bend long end around tall pin inclockwise manner until it stops atshort pin. Wire will spring backslightly.

3. Leave wire loop around tall pin andswing back to right until long end hitsshort pin. Apply pressure to placekink in long end.

4. Finished loop should look like #4. Toclose this type of loop use a plasticbead or use a coil spring fastener.
