PHL Airport is one of the nation’s largest airports. There are over 200 employers with businesses at the Airport. Many of them have jobs to fill. One of those jobs could be yours!

Tips for getting readyDress for success. Wear proper business attire.

Bring your resumé (one copy for entry to the Job Fair and at least 25 copies to distribute to employers).

Make sure your resumé is grammatically correct and all words are spelled correctly.

Arrive early.

Silence your cell phone.

Greet potential employers with a smile and firm handshake.

Ask about the company and/or position to show your interest.

Discuss your job qualifications, past or current job responsibilities, and strengths.

Practice your “speech” before attending. Speak clearly and avoid using slang when speaking with employers.

Some employers do not accept resumés. If instructed to complete an online application, do so and notify the recruiter that you did.

Check to see if your social media profiles are appropriate for viewing by potential employers.
