Evaluate accounting and financial transactions for compliance with accounting rules, tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Establish accounting policies, internal controls and reporting requirements for real estate assets.
Acquisition, disposition and impairment accounting.
Manage the annual CAMS process and approve adjustments.
Real estate tax abatement process management.

Manage year-end audit and tax requests related to real estate investments.
