    January 2013 Home Sales

    Total residential sales in January 2013 were 686 compared to 594 in January a year ago (15% increase)

    Average price in January 2013 was $172,370 compared to $160,354 in January 2012 (7% increase)

    Median price in January 2013 was $144,950 compared to $130,000 in January 2012 (12% increase)

    Inventory totaled 6,962 for January 2013 compared to 7,607 in January 2012 (8% decrease)

    There were 17 sales identified as short sales for January 2013 or 2% of all sales.
