Fines eonfrlnp from fTO to $300 were Imposed yesterday by Justice MeAvoy In the criminal brunch of he Supreme Court on nineteen members of the Marble Industry Employers Association who had pleaded Kuilty to violation of the State anti-trust law. Justice MeAvoy also sentenced the men to serve not less than six months or more than three years in the penitentiary, but these sentences will not be executed unless the marble men engage again in violations of the law. In addition to the individual cases fines a'sn were Imnosed on thirteen of the defendant corporations, twenty-nine of which were indicted at the same time is the Individual members of the ass"?lation. Fifteen other companies ami thirteen Individuals received suspended sentences. The total fines imposed on Individuals were $0,750 and on corporations $20,000. All the Indictments were the result of disclosures mado by the Lockwood committee. not less than six months or more thanthree years in the penitentiary, butthese sentences will not be executedunless the marble men engage again inviolations of the law.In addition to the individual cases
