• We will purchase abandoned and/or foreclosed property
owned by the federal, state and local governments, banks
and private owners.
• We will perform all rehabilitation work to the properties and,
where possible, customize and design the homes based on
your investment criteria. We seek to hire local contractors,
laborers and work with youth training, apprenticeship
programs to help invigorate the local economy.
• We will work with the appropriate local, state and
community officials to ensure all rules and regulations are
followed.
• We will ensure the property is occupied and guarantee
the work on the home for one year. The investor is
responsible for the on-going management of the home
after the first year unless you request our property
management services.

Purchase property for your inventory. Requires 20 percent down and 620 credit score. We will handle registration of the property and ensure it has a tenant in the first year.
We will help you increase or establish your rental
inventory, while also seeing a return on your profit. We
will create your own real estate investment company to
invest in the purchase and rehabilitation of properties.
We will then create a property holding company
designed to purchase properties on your behalf. Your
investment company will get its initial investment
returned with a 20 percent profit off of the net. The
initial investment can be reinvested into other
properties.
Invest with EwinCorp One and realize a 20 percent return on
your investment from the net profit in the house. Your funds
will be invested into a property that will be purchased
rehabilitated and sold. You will receive a 20 percent on the net
profit from the sale of the property in addition to receiving back
your initial investment.
Investors can also realize a 20 percent return on the net
profit of any commercial investment they participate in. The
size and amount of funds needed for commercial
investment depend on the size and scope of the project.
Individual investors will see the return based on the amount
they invest. Consortiums must divide the profit within the
group based on the governing agreement.
EwinCorp One will help facility the purchase or properties wholesale. EwinCorp One will negotiate the sale and transfer title to you. You can then take responsibility for rehabilitating, renting and/or selling the property or contract those services to us or another entity.
