We will ensure that you receive the service you deserve, as well as the expertise you need.
We will obtain valuations from two local estate agents and suggest a recommended marketing price. There is no obligation to proceed at this point.
Once a marketing price is agreed on, we will appoint our estate agents to manage the sale of your property. We will then ask you to pay a £1,000 reservation fee to hold your chosen home for an agreed period of time.
We’ll cover your agent fees and aim to secure a sale within six weeks.
You’re now one step closer to buying your Cameron home. We’ll invite you to make a full reservation and complete your options and choices.
How does it work?
