Yes-No to Zero-Stress Fat Loss Program
It has been everybody’s dream of having the fit body but know that achieving it requires lots of
sacrifices and efforts at the same time neglecting our own happiness. It’s about this fact that pushed Noel
Blanco, a Fitness Consultant in devising a new method in losing fat but gaining no stress at all.
According to his TV interview with regards to his study, his No-Stress Fat Loss Program” have is
characterized by the following features: You will be able to eat your favorite food; There is no strict food
restriction; No portion control; No more need of calorie counting; You can have an exercise of less than 30
minutes and there’s no more need of heavy equipments or membership in expensive gyms. His main
objective in making this program of losing fat while having fun; being aware of the strict and sometimes
stressful conditions needed when undergoing a common fitness program. He also pointed out that food is the
main key in losing fat, since we use food primarily to the source of energy but we don not need it every
time. Having the right timing in consuming your food at the same time having fun is the center of his study.
Discipline in consuming your food- taking only the amount that can satiate your hunger also, making sure
that “you eat when you need it”. This is one of the reasons for obesity: eating more than your maximum
amount of intake but never using it, making it only stored fat
Neglecting the use of heavy duty equipments, Mr. Blanco stressed out that walking is still one of the
best exercises which does not use any equipment and can be done in any time of the day- in short, practical
exercise. With these, you can enjoy you fat loss period without losing your fun and wallet-friendly.
No matter where or when or on which you see this, this really is a dream come true for those who
aspire for the perfect-fit body. Who would have thought that you could loose mass and much of your stored
fat without undergoing too much physical activity? This program also takes into consideration the happiness
of the one that will practice this since he/she needs not to sacrifice much of his/her lifestyle. Who couldn ’t
love this kind of fat-loss program? So we may take it as a yes to “Zero-Stress Fat Loss Program”.
On the contrary, even though over-whelming positive reactions may have been received by this
program, we can not neglect the fact that all things have their disadvantages as well, no matter how perfect it
may seem to be. Based on watching repeatedly the video, there are some disadvantages that can be noted.
One of this is that this may propose a lifestyle of lacking of all-body exercise. Although the programs never
neglected exercise, inferring from the habit of people nowadays, they may take advantage of this and depend
only on walking-which could lead of not exercising other parts of the body that are not greatly affected by
the effects of walking. Thus, we may say no and go back to the usual fat-loss program.
Nevertheless, no matter how that programs you are using works, it will no work as long as you do not
discipline yourself upon things-not only physically but also include the other factors of a healthy well-being:
emotional, social and mental Anything will be useless if you cannot control yourself. Stay close to your
family and well-trusted friends, never engage yourself in any addictives and always find yourself as worthy
as any other person in the world. You may just say to yourself: “Without me, there will be no you”. Stay
Happy. Stay Healthy. Keep SMILING.
