Founded in 1993, Virgo Plywood introduced an unseen range of high-grade laminates in the market. Following on from its success, Virgo has forayed into other categories as well. In its first decade itself, Virgo introduced Virgo Board and Virgo Laminates in the market. In 2005, Virgo Group established its name in the market with the introduction of Virgo Industries. Virgo Group brought the innovative Virgo Aluminum to the market in 2010. Between 2014 and 2015, the Virgo Group launched Virgo Panel and Virgo Decor Pvt. Ltd. And in 2017, the world saw the brilliance Virgo ACP & PVC for the first time. OURVIRGOLAMINATEVirgo high pressure laminates are available in over 600 designs, 100 realistic textures. These products are conductive to both vertical and horizontal applications including furniture, laboratories, medical instrumentation, bathroom cubicles, exterior facades and outdoor furniture. They also perform exceptionally well in high traffic areas such as hospitality, office spaces, healthcare, retail and commercial spaces.
Virgo has four laminate brands under its umbrella :
General Purpose Laminates are made of specially selected decorative papers & absorbent Kraft paper impregnated With Melamine Formaldehyde & phenol Formaldehyde Resin to be used on vertical & horizontal interior surfaces.

Spotless Laminates are developed using high-end resources that provide for super matt and soft to touch finish that assures a captivation appeal and an awe-inspiring display of peerless class. It can naturally resist fingerprints and bacteria growth due to its sound foundation. Abrasion resistance too is an admirable feature of Spotless due to which they become ideal for various interior application settings.
Manufactured by treating specially developed papers with fire retardant chemicals to make them resistant to flames. These can be fixed in fire prone areas like the kitchen.
FIRE RETARDANTLAMINATES
We manufacture Digital Printing Laminates by pressing metallic foil with Kraft paper core along with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin. These are ideal only for vertical application.

General PurposePlywoodVeneers from high logs are mechanically dried and they undergo stress relieving process, which are assembled in such a way to form a balanced construction. High quality fortified synthetic resins are used for gluing the veneers. glue line is poisoned by special formulations of chemicals to make Virgo Plywood safe against borers. It is hot pressed under proper temperature and more than 16 Kg/cm2 specific pressure. Conditioning is done after pressing followed by preservative treatment.

These are made out of excellent quality plantation timbers. Logs are quarter sawn into Planks using SDR method, which are chemically treated and well seasoned before converting into battens in a multiple ripsaw. Battens are sandwiched between two glued mechanically dried veneers and are pressed in hot press under accurate temperature and pressure. Quarter sawing of logs and proper seasoning of planks make it dimensionally stable and treatment of planks, poisoning of glue line and preservative treatment of finished block board make Virgo durable and safe against borers.

Shuttering PlywoodConcreteVirgo offers a high quality Shuttering IS : 4990, Concrete Shuttering Plywood. It is a multi functional product, which can be used in construction industry for buildings, bridges, heavy industry and structures etc. for use on walls, slabs, columns and beams etc. In Virgo Concrete Shuttering Plywood, compression is about 60% more as compared to ordinary Film Face Shuttering plywood available in market. Extra compression leads to better nailing and screw holding properties. Its load bearing capacity is also enhanced due to extra compression. It is manufactured by selecting quality veneers impregnated with modified RPF resin for longer life and better performance in all applications. Impregnation of resin in veneers is more than 30% to the weight of veneers.

ChequeredPlywoodVirgo offers a high quality Chequered Plywood and Aluminum Chequered Ply. Its load bearing capacity is also enhanced due to extra compression.

Building Sheets, launched in 2010, is made of aluminum and is ideal for all roofing and cladding needs. It is easy to use, durable and economical to work with. Using aluminum for roofing has many benefits. Some of them are as follows:• Aluminum roofing sheets are extremely light and
have a high strength-to-weight ratio.• Aluminum is an increasingly popular choice for use
in installations and buildings. It is corrosion resistant in almost any kind of environment.
PACKING : The coils are packed in eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall position, wrapped in HDPE and hardboard, strapped with hoop iron and placed on wooden pallets. Moisture protection is provided by silica gel packets.

Virgo's closure stock is rolled to very fine tolerances to yield more production for the end user. The ultimate tensile strength, high formability, low earring and printable surfaces make it ideal for pilfer-proof caps and vial seals.
PACKING :
Sheet: Sheets are placed in wooden boxes on wooden skids with runners along the length of the sheet. They are wrapped in HDPE with hardboard on top and bottom of the stack. Hoop iron strapping runs along the length of the sheets. Silica gel packets are put in the boxes for moisture protection.
Alternatively, they are wrapped in a poly-laminated gunny or polyethylene, strapped with a hoop iron strap and clip and placed on a wooden pallet. Edge guards are used for protecting the sheets.
Coil: Coil is placed on wooden pallets in either eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall condition, wrapped in HDPE fabric and hardboard, and strapped with hoop iron. Silica gel packets are used for moisture protection.

Virgo's Chequered Sheets are ideal for Bus Flooring applications and Interior Paneling for trucks and cabins; available in two designs - Diamond & Five-Bar. The sheets are manufactured with state-of-the- art equipment employing sophisticated process technology with stringent quality control measures in place.
PACKING : Virgo's Chequered Sheets are packed with a poly-laminated gunny, hardboard, strapped with hoop iron and clip, and placed on a pallet.
