• Providing transferable skills training
• Hosting secondments à Only four fellows in total do not
have a secondment of at least 1m in industry
• Supervising/mentoring ESRs throughout their fellowship à in many projects the ESRs have
one academic and one industrial supervisor for the duration of the project
Host Institution
• Excellent track record in doctoral training
• Participation of many PIs as supervisors
• Frequently the concept of deputy coordinator is used
• Address multidisciplinarity through inclusion of colleagues in other schools/departments
