Originally from the UK, Jamie has been in Portugal for over 25 years. He is

married with one son, who was born in the Algarve, and lives with his family and

two Labradors. Jamie has worked in real estate since 2004, and with Quinta do

Lago since 2010. When he’s not working with his team, Jamie enjoys sports such

as golf, padel, sur�ng and football, as well as culinary experimenting.

Samantha Mendes

Samantha is a native of the Algarve (despite being born in France) and has been

working on the Quinta do Lago area for a decade. Fluent in 4 languages, what

Samantha likes most about her job, is meeting and connecting with di�erent

James Carter

James moved to Portugal in 1998 and has a passion for the area and all

property matters. He brings experience and knowledge to the team and is

a well-known member of the local community. James is married with a

13-year-old daughter in the local international school, and enjoys cycling,

Jaan-Claire Rodrigues

Jaan-Claire Eustace Rodrigues was born in England and travelled to Portugal at the
