  • Male 25 Years OldPatient was referred from Otolaryngologist withWD/ Arteriovenous malformation of the left auricleCC : Lump and pulsating of the left ear Since twenty three years ago patient complained about lump behind the ear, and then since the age of twelve the lump is getting bigger and pulsating, Ear pain (+), hearing loss (-), chronic otorrhoea (-), headache (-), dizziness (-), Fever (-), Cough (-)*

  • PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONGenerally State : Fully Alert, BP : 110/70 mmHg, HR: 82 x/m, RR: 22x/m , T : 37,8 C

    Locally State : -Right ear : external auditory canal not hyperemic (+), discharge (-), ear wax (-), ear drum intact (+), light con reflex (+), retroauricular not hyperemic (+)-Left Ear : Mass hyperemic (+), pulsating nodule (+), thrill (+), external auditory canal not hyperemic (+), discharge (-), ear wax (-), ear drum intact (+), light con reflex (+), RA not hyperemic (+).

    - Nasal cavity : mucosa not hyperemic +/+, discharge -/-, inferior turbinate eutropy +/+, deviasi septum (-), air passage +/+ - Oral cavity : To= T1-T1 , pharynx not hyperemic - MF : symmetric, no cranial nerve paralysis- Neck: no lymph node enlargement, Hyperemic (-), tenderness (-)
