Innovations that speed up the concrete process. Reinforcement technology from Wacker Neuson.

REINFORCEMENT TECHNOLOGY RETHOUGHT.

"I could only imagine it in part until I experienced it in reality: Accurately and safely cutting and bending reinforcing steel on site, that much was clear. But connecting reinforcing rods with up to 1,000 evenly twisted and fixed knots per hour with just one hand, that is the convincing advancement of Wacker Neuson."

Guarantees increased efficiency and safety on the construction site.

The robust and electro-hydraulic operated RCP / RCE simply cut better on both large and small sites – especially compared to cutting torches and right angle grinders.

They bend and cut more economically, safely and efficiently. No flying sparks are produced and extremely loud working noises are a thing of the past. In addition, they provide a great deal of safety for the operator and entire team.

RCE series:

- High quality shear head with a high cutting performance.- For reinforcing steel with diameters from 16 to 25 mm.- Opening of relief valve without a tool.

RCP Line:

- High cutting performance.- Interchangeable head system for cutting and bending.- Two cutting head systems: Wedge and shear cutting head.- Different holding positions.- For reinforcing steel with diameters up to 32 mm.- Opening of relief valve without a tool.

RCP 20

Change cutting and bending heads in 5 easy steps:

Loosen the clamp of the cutting head.

Loosen the screws to remove the cutting block from the cutting piston.

Replace the cutting headwith the bending head.

Put the clamp back on. Fasten the clamp.

Efficient use, first-class result.

Tried and tested twin wire technology for up to 1,000 evenly twisted and fastened knots per hour. Working with pliers in a bent over position and with a constantly overstrained wrist is history.

An immediately understandable professional device for traditional work on reinforcement and for securing plastic tubes for component activation.

- Equally suitable for horizontal applications (ceiling and floor panels) and vertical utilization (walls, pillars).

- Easy to operate with just one hand and in an anatomically correct, upright posture.

Apply vertically. Press without effort: The tie wire surrounds the reinforcement.

Pull evenly: The tie twists itself.

Keep pulling until reaching the automatic release point: The tie reaches its full strength.

Completed tie.

It doesn't get any easier: Apply - press - pull - release - done.

Versatile applications in horizontal and vertical applications: The DF 16 also secures plastic tubes for component activation on the reinforcement in no time and proves itself when laying ducts and during other installation work.

Awarded with the Euro-Test award from BG Bau* for its outstanding performances in occupa-tional safety and health protection.

UP TO 1,000KNOTSPER HOUR!

Always ready for use.And always a clean job in no time.

- Independent of battery level and charging times.- No wire waste that needs to be removed.

Practical holster:

For DF 16 ties – can easily be attached to your waistband.
