Why do an engagement Session? Our Answer to this question is... Engagement sessions offer an opportunity to get comfortable being in front of the lens prior to your wedding.Engagement shoots offer the opportunity to just be you without any stress or pressures of the wedding day. You can think about locations and decide where you would like to shoot your engagement session. We suggest a place that has special meaning to you and your fiancé, like a college dorm, park, candy store, vintage car lot, your wedding venue etc… Don’t be afraid to be creative and think outside of the box. We like to showcase you and your uniqueness. During the shoot: •We photograph you in such a way; you don’t have to be a supermodel to have images you will love! We will make you feel like the most powerful, intelligent, smart, sexy, and accomplished person that you are as we showcase your strengths through all of the images we will create for you! • Our engagement shoots will accommodate up to two outfit changes, so bring outfits with bright colors (whites and loud patterns usually do not photograph as nicely) •We provide one to two hours of photography, and up to two locations of your choice (preferably within 30 minutes’ drive of each other).

How are you different from other photographers? We are a family owned and operated business and we understand that weddings are a time for family relationships and enjoying time together. Couples hire us to be the fulltime image historian of their complete wedding experience not just their wedding day. Do you travel? Yes we LOVE to travel! We Calculate travel fees as air fare up to $355 and/or $0.50/mile for every mile 50 or more miles outside of Nashville, TN. We require a $250 per Diem for Weddings that require us to travel more than 200 miles outside of the Nashville,TN area. ( We usually request a 2 night stay in this case. The night before the wedding and the night of the wedding) This is a guideline and unique circumstances of your event could alter your cost slightly.

Do you use Second Shooters or Assistants? We want to make sure we capture every moment of your special day so for this reason,the three of us are usually at every wedding. Two of us actually shoot the wedding while the other is more of an assistant to help carry equiptment set up any special lighting, and gather up guests when it is time for group shots. Ocassionally we also Work with Crestal Williamson from Crestal Williamson Photography as a Second Shooter. How does this process work/ How do I Become a Client? We set up a meeting and discuss all the details of your special day and make sure we are a perfect fit for you. We will secure your date with a non refundable $500 retainer to hold your date.The rest of your Balance will be due 30 days prior to your Wedding. Checks, Cashier checks, and cash are fine. We will schedule your bridal or engagement sessions. We will contact you periodically to check on how your planning is going and at least 1 week prior to your bridal or engagement sessions. We will show up at your wedding and create the imagery that allows you to relive every moment as if it were taking place right now even when 50 years have gone by. We will make you feel like your relationship is the proverbial dream come true by creating images that depict a sense of fairytale come true sense of grandeur. 3-4 weeks after your wedding you will be sent a link to view your images in an on-line password protected gallery. We will then scedule a meeting to order prints and your albums.
