1.- ANTECEDENTES: se requiere la revisión estructural de un block de cimentaciòn y losa de piso para un grupo de cinco molinos de barbotina y su plataforma de servicio, tal grupo formará un área de molienda discontinua que se localizará al interior de la planta de producción, cada molino se apoyará sobre un par de caballetes conformados por perfiles metálicos, los cuales a su vez se fijaràn al block construìdo en concreto armado para transmitir las cargas de trabajo hacia un estrato resistente del terreno natural. 2.- REGLAMENTOS DE DISEÑO UTILIZADOS: “Manual de Obras Civiles” de la C.F.E. Ed.1996. 4.- ANALISIS DE CARGAS: 4.a.- Antecedentes: dada la estructura en cuestión, su tipo y geometría, de acuerdo al reglamento se hará una revisión para cargas estáticas y dinámicas (sísmicas). 4.b.- Materiales para análisis: para la elaboración del modelo estructural se han considerado básicamente los siguientes materiales: concreto. 4.c.- Cargas de Análisis: Carga Muerta (CM), constituida por: Peso propio de la placa de cimentación,se toma en cuenta con el comando “selfweight” de la plataforma de análisis. Peso de placa antiderrapante y accesorios – 70.00 kg/m2. Cargas de equipos,constituidas por el siguiente grupo de cargas sobre la plataforma metálica: Transportadores, TP-2 y TP-4: 1430.7 kg en 4 puntos 900.0 kg en 14 puntos 450.0 kg en 7 puntos Tanques de almacenamiento: 3125.0 kg en 2 puntos 390.6 kg en 8 puntos Caballetes cuerpo de molinos: 37,500.0 kg en 20 puntos Transmisión de molinos: 7,000 kg en 5 puntos Carga Viva (CV), constituida por: Sobre cubierta de plataforma,una carga uniforme de 200 kg/m2 Sobre placa de cimentación,una carga uniforme de 1,000 kg/m2 Sobre escaleras de acceso,seis cargas concentradas de 80 kg Cargas de monorriel (CMR1 – CMR6), se tiene: Carga de izaje, LL = 4,000 kg Carga de trolley, TL = 50 kg Factor de carga izaje, HLF = 1.10 Factor de carga muerta, DLF = 1.10 Carga vertical, P = (4,00x 1.10) + (50x 1.10) = 4,455 kg Carga axial, Pax = 0.10x 4,455 = 445.5 kg Carga lateral, Plat = 0.20x 4,455 = 891.0 kg Con una viga IPR 10” se tiene, Momento torsor, Mtor=(h/2)*Plat=(25/2)*891.0=11,137.5 kg-cm Para las cargas accidentales por sismo (CS) provenientes de la plataforma se toman los valores de un espectro de diseño para la zona sísmica “B” y un tipo de suelo II, se tienen entonces los siguientes valores para una revisión estática simplificada: coeficiente sísmico básico, c = 0.30

4e.- Recomendaciones de Mecánica de Suelos: se utilizará una capacidad de carga admisible recomendada de qa = 12.0 ton/ m² para cargas estáticas y de 15.0 ton/m² para cargas dinámicas, sobre el relleno de material inerte mejorado que se halla hasta una profundidad de 4.5 m, asimismo, se empleará el siguiente valor para la “reacción de sub-suelo”, necesario para el modelado del block de cimentación y la placa de piso sobre un lecho elástico, k = 1.835 kg/ cm²/cm. 4f.- Formulación del modelo estructural: el block de cimentación se discretizó mediante elementos finitos sólidos de ocho nodos isoparamétricos y la losa de piso con elementos finitos 2D tanto triangulares como cudrangulares existentes en la librería de la plataforma de análisis. La reacción del suelo (reacción de sub-suelo) se modela mediante resortes lineales elásticos colocados en los nudos de esquina de los elementos finitos que constituyen el block de cimentación y la placa de piso. La plataforma de análisis realiza internamente los cálculos necesarios para el acoplamiento mecánico entre los elementos uni y tridimensionales. Mediante la plataforma de análisis se lleva a cabo un análisis de tipo estático lineal, obteniéndose así los valores de las reacciones de resorte, solicitaciones en los elementos, desplazamientos y rotaciones para los distintos casos y combinaciones de carga. 5.- DISEÑO ESTRUCTURAL: 5a.- Diseño de la cimentación: de los resultados de la plataforma de análisis se observan los valores resultantes para los esfuerzos normales, cortantes, principales y de Von Mises que se presentan sobre el block de cimentación, a partir de ellos se encuentra que fuera de la vecindad de los nodos en donde se aplican las cargas de análisis,la cantidad de acero de refuerzo requerida es la cuantìa mìnima exigida en el reglamento ya que dichos esfuerzos son resistidos por el concreto tratándose entonces de un block rìgido. Utilizando la plataforma de diseño para elementos de concreto se han encontrado las cantidades de acero de refuerzo necesarias para resistir los esfuerzos flexionantes y cortantes que actúan sobre los distintos elementos de la losa de piso, resultando ser en todos los casos la cuantìa mìnima exigida en el reglamento Se tomaron en cuenta los siguientes valores para el concreto y el acero de refuerzo: f’c = 250 kg/cm², fy = 4200 kg/cm². Ver Anexo # 2.

6.- CONCLUSIONES: las dimensiones del equipo mecánico fueron dadas por el cliente en tanto que las dimensiones de la placa inferior del block de cimentación fueron tomadas de instalaciónes anteriores,al reportar el cliente su desempeño satisfactorio, debido a esto las cantidades de acero de refuerzo para el block de cimentación y la losa de piso resultaron ser la cuantía mínima exigida en los reglamentos vigentes; los valores máximos encontrados para los esfuerzos de Von Mises fuera de la vecindad de los nodos de aplicación de cargas son menores al esfuerzo permisible a cortante del concreto. Respecto a los desplazamientos verticales obtenidos de efecto inmediato son de 4.54 mm bajo la combinación de las cargas considerada los cuales son aceptables, asimismo la màxima presiòn de base resultò ser 8.46 ton/m2 la cual se encuentra por debajo de la capacidad de carga admisible recomendada. Los resultados anteriores se muestran en el Anexo #1 (imágenes del modelo), Anexo #2 (esfuerzos en los elementos sólidos del modelo), finalmente debe de verificarse cuidadosamente en campo que se cumplan las normas de recubrimiento para el acero de refuerzo, así como el grado de compactación exigido en los planos de construcción y el cumplimiento de las tolerancias dimensionales y geométricas en la fabricación y fijación de placas base, bases de transmisión y caballetes. En base a todo lo anterior se concluye que la estructura es segura.
