8 The tenderer should submit monthly statement of order executed with the various departmentunder this rate contract to this office by 10th of every month without fail If the successfultenderer fails to submit this report he will be liable to penalty to forfeit security deposit

9 Consignees are requested to send a copy of order placed to the tenderer by Register ADfUPCto this office other wise your complaint about the tenderer is not entertained in future Alsothey are requested to intimate to this office regarding complaints of the tenderer if anywithin six months from the date of receipt of stores to the Development Commissioner (lnds)cpa Mumbai Stores Purchase office for necessary action

10 The rate contract holder should obtain necessary clearance local telecom authority (P amp Tformalities) on behalf of consignee the systems shall be covered by warranty for the period ofone year fromthe date of installation

11 The rate accepted herein shall remain firm during the tendency of the contract However in courseof the price going down the RlC holder shall promptly intimate to this office the reduced price toenable to issue of amendment for rate contact accordingly

12 The spares parts and consumables of the model should be available to the consignee for minimumseven year period

13 The rate contract holder should attend the complaint received from the consignee within 8 workinghours

14 Warranty - 12 months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of deliveryWhichever is earlier

15 No Price Escalation will be allowed

16 Inspection amp Testing Charges will have to be borne by the RlC holder

17 Force Majeure Clause is not applicable

18 The delay in supply should be worked out as per provision in Manual of office procedure for purchase of stores by the Government Department vide GR dt 21-02-1978 and penalty calculated should be deducted from the bill before payment

10 The rate contract holder should obtain necessary clearance local telecom authority (P amp Tformalities) on behalf of consignee the systems shall be covered by warranty for the period ofone year fromthe date of installation

11 The rate accepted herein shall remain firm during the tendency of the contract However in courseof the price going down the RlC holder shall promptly intimate to this office the reduced price toenable to issue of amendment for rate contact accordingly

12 The spares parts and consumables of the model should be available to the consignee for minimumseven year period

13 The rate contract holder should attend the complaint received from the consignee within 8 workinghours

14 Warranty - 12 months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of deliveryWhichever is earlier
