Typically, smart cards are used by hotel staff due to its ability to store and update information on the smart card itself. Preventative Maintenance & Repair In today’s business environment, instant availability of information for decision‐making is paramount. The equipment providing timely data must perform consistently at its optimum level. A preventative maintenance agreement helps to ensure that breakdowns in equipment are minimal and less likely to occur at critical times. We utilize a state of the art service dispatch system which alerts our dispatcher when you call with a problem that you have a contract and you are immediately placed ahead of all non contract calls in the service queue. Our gold, silver and bronze options provide a choice to suit any customized needs. Additional contracts are offered that include labor or repair only, but these include less benefits that the full Preventative Maintenance contract. Benefits of a Maintenance Agreement:
