ARTS & CREATIVITY EDUCATION SPECIAL SUMMER ISSUE 2 AUGUST 2020 How do you sum up this past spring and summer? In the midst of the storm, I wanted to share some rays of light that filtered in throughout this time. Here is a snapshot of these rays of hope and light, which permeated some very gray times. The arts education postings within this newsletter issue occurred from June through August 2020. These feeds within social media were welcome news and highlights how the arts connect and inspire us. I wish to dedicate this issue to arts educators. You continue to spark that creative spirit, finding multiple ways to support our young artists, dancers, musicians, actors, and artistic technicians. May your school year be filled with joy and great learning adventures for you and the students in your care. I appreciate the constructive feedback you share to help me shape resources for the field. I am honored to be able to foster networking opportunities for our community. Thank you for continually building up our young people’s opportunities in the arts. - Julie Palkowski, Arts and Creativity Education Consultant WI DPI Arts Websites Arts Professional Development WI DPI Arts Social Media Networks Wisconsin's Model Academic Standards SLO Arts Sharing Site Conferences WI DPI Letter SEADAE web page DL Arts Videos Podcast Arts & Creativity Subscribe Julie Palkowski Newsletters Rays of Light – A Snapshot

SPECIAL SUMMER ISSUE 2 AUGUST 2020

How do you sum up this past spring and summer? - Julie Palkowski, Arts and Creativity Education Consultant
