R.A.W. UNITED MEN’S SINGLE LIFT RECORDS “Be strong in the Lord, and the power of His might” Ephesians 6:10 Beginning on January 1, 2017, the R.A.W. United Powerlifting Federation will transition to a Florida-based company hosting Christian-based, powerlifting events in Hillsborough County. Single Lift Records set/broken at meets sanctioned by the R.A.W. United Powerlifting Federation will be classified in three age groups: Teenage (14-19), Senior (14-Above), and Master (40-44, 45-49, 50-54, etc.). Lifters must wear a one-piece, non-supportive lifting singlet, and may utilize a 4” leather belt, non-fastening, neoprene knee sleeves, and wrist wraps. Single Lift records are maintained in a “Meet Record” format based on the best squat, bench, deadlift, and total in each weight class. Individual lifts successfully completed in Full Power, Push/Pull, and/or Single Lift competition are entered into the Single Lift category. Beginning on January 1, 2017, the R.A.W. United Powerlifting

Federation will transition to a Florida-based company hosting

Christian-based, powerlifting events in Hillsborough County.

Single Lift Records set/broken at meets sanctioned by the R.A.W.

United Powerlifting Federation will be classified in three age groups:
