The sound proofing brackets with rubber lining connecting the RAUPIANO Plus system to the wall, reduce sound transmission through the wall, further improving structural sound insulation. The brackets have also been designed for snap-on installation, do not require screws or bolts and can be fastened in seconds saving time and money throughout the installation process.

The RAUPIANO Plus system also has improved soundproofing through state-of-the-art materials which reduce undesirable drainage sounds, and makes it ideal for apartments and houses, hotels, schools and offices. The highly rigid middle layer consisting of sound-absorbing fillers further reduces the sound levels, and the bends have an increased wall-thickness at the deflection point, leading to a further reduction in the air-borne noise.Specially designed bends with increased

Bracketing with the patented impact sound-dampening fastening technology of REHAU.A flow rate (water flow) of 4 litres/sec represents the simultaneous flushing of two 6-litre WC flushing tanks. RAUPIANO Plus fulfils the requirements of DIN 4109 (sound insulation in buildings) and the far more stringent requirements of VDI guideline 4100 with excellent results. This makes RAUPIANO Plus an advantage in all kinds of buildings.

The RAUPIANO Plus sealing rings with push-fit socket can withstand tremors and similar vibrations, making it suitable for high-rise buildings.

Rigid structures are prone to break with vibrations. More flexibility is given to the pipe system by not gluing or wielding the joints. The characteristic feature of RAUPIANO Plus sealing rings is not only airtight and leak proofing but also provides a shock and vibration resistant connection. This earthquake-resistant technique can prevent major damages, providing excellent support to high-rise structures.
