IT’s totally production support based project with some small enhancements and We are Supporting six applications ADPOS, PRCM, MARS, MARKDOWN, NEWPRICE and DATASOURCE.I was worked in Markdown application. Here below is the brief description about markdown.

In markdown management business identifies candidates for markdown and creates recommendation rules (plans). System generates recommendations based on recommendation rules which are then sent back approval. After approval the markdown item details with price is processed and sent to stores.

Objective of project is to provide Ap-plication maintenance, enhancement and support to Empire BCBS applications.CS90-Claimpro (Claim Processing) is the system responsible for adjudication of the claims submitted by providers and subscribers. This system provides the functional capability to au-tomatically adjudicate record, maintain and report processed claims. Claims system pro-cesses 3 types of claims viz., Institutional , Professional and Others. Claims system provides the following main functions: Transaction Validation, Membership Eligibility , Liability Deter-mination, Reimbursement Process and Activity Recording. Responsibilities:
