Achtung

Bohrstopp Finalbohrer:Der integrierte Bohrstopp der Finalbohrer ist für die supracrestale Positionierung der Avantgarde Implantate vorgesehen und der Bohrer ist daher 1mm länger als das zugeord-nete Implantat. Bei einer equicrestalen Positionierung wird das Implantat nur bis zur obe-ren polierten Kante eingedreht. Das Bohrloch ist dann entprechend tiefer!

Zusätzliche Länge der Bohrerspitze:Bedingt durch die Konstruktion und Funktion der Bohrer ist die Bohrerspitze maximal 0,5 mm länger als die Implantat-Insertionstiefe.

Diese zusätzliche Länge muss während der Planungsphase und Auswahl der Implantate berücksichtigt werden!

Caution

Drilling stop Final Drills:The integrated drill stop of the final drills is intended for the supracrestal positioning of the Avantgarde implants and therefore the drill is 1mm longer than the assigned implant. In equicrestal positioning, the implant is inserted only up to the polished edge. The drilling hole is then accordingly deeper!

Additional drill tip length:Driven by the design and function of the drill the drill tip is at most 0.5 mm longer than the implant Insertion depth.

This additional length must be considered during the planning and choice of the implants!

AvantgardeGrundlegende Präparation des Implantatbetts

Vor der Aufbereitung des Implantatbetts speziell bei schmalem und spitz zulaufendem Kiefer-kamm glätten Sie diesen vorsichtig mit einem grossen Rosenbohrer. Dadurch erhalten Sie eine plane und ausreichend breite Knochenoberfläche.

Hinweis:Bei der Auswahl der Implantatlänge muss diese vertikale Reduktion des Knochens berücksichtigt werden!

Basic preparation of the implant bed

Before the treatment of the implant bed especially with narrow and pointed jaw ridge, carefully plane it with a large rosehead bur. This provides a planar and sufficiently wide bone surface

Note:When selecting the implant length, this vertical reduction of the bone must be considered!

Start mit Rosenbohrer und Triangle/Pilotbohrer, anschließend die Finalbohrer der gewählten Länge in Folge bis zum finalen Durchmesser verwenden. Abschließende Aufbereitung mit Countersink(Versenker).

Start with Rosehead Bur and Triangle / Pilotdrill, then use the final drills of the selected length in succession up to the final diameter. Final preparation with countersink.

Im Falle von sehr hartem Knochen sind anstelle der Finalbohrer aus dem Standard Kit die entsprechenden Finalbohrer HB (Doppelmarkierung) aus dem Zusatzkit (roter Deckel) zu verwenden.Hinweis:Die Versenker sind bei Anwendung der Finalbohrer HB nicht erforderlich!
