Her pain is non radiating and occurs to the right of her epigastrium. This pain occurs daily, wavers in intensity, and increases at night and between meal. Medication history: she remembers taking aspirin at least 25 tablets over the last mounth for relieving her joint pain. Physical Examination : BP 130/78, T 37.5 C, normal bowel sound and mild tenderness, liver size normal, no splenomegaly

o Non-drugo drug

: Hentikan penggunaan NSAID. Jika NSAID tidak dapat dihindari, pakai dosis efektif minimum atau dengan paracetamol jika hanya untuk analgetik pada nyeri kepala dan antipiretik. Atau ganti NSAID yang selektif menghambat COX-2. Menghindari makanan dan minuman yang menyebabkan dispepsia dan memperberat simptom ulcer seperti makanan pedas, asam mengandung alkohol, kafein, dan makanan yang merangsang sekresi asam seperti coca-cola dan Beer. : Makan teratur, Istirahat cukup: omeprazole 20 mg

Case 2:Mr. A, 25 yo, comes to you because she has had diarrhea and severe stomach cramp for last three days. It is a watery diarrhoea several times per day, without blood or mucus. She thinks that contaminated food is the cause of his colleagues has the same symptoms after eating in a restaurant four days ago.Physical Examination: no sign of dehydration, increased bowel sounds. No abnormal findings by further history and physical examination.
