Introduction
This Rate Card is available to outline the services that WWM CRC offer. It outlines both mandated and elective services along with Through the Gate interventions available. For more information on the services we offer, please visit our website, www.wwmcrc.co.uk, where our services guide is available along with the Intervention Applications, that will allow users to compare services available and access technical information about referrals.

Each page offers information on the services available through WWM CRC, including a description of the service, duration of interventions, the delivery model, targeted outputs, location and availability as well as any exclusions. It also outlines the services on offer from the CRC directly and those that we offer through our supply chain.
Resettlement and Elective Services are purchased through the use of specific Non Statutory Interventions (NSIs) on NDelius, Requirements such as Accredited Programmes can be transferred as NDelius requirements to the CRC.

BuildingBetterRelationships(BBR)
DescriptionDomestic abuse Accredited Programme for men who have committed violent behaviour in an intimate relationship.
CriteriaPartner abuse resulting in a current intimate partner violence (IPV) - related conviction (OASYS 2.3d physical violence towards partner/ex-partner). Or evidence of at least one episode of IPV (convicted or non-convicted) within the last 24 months leading to charge for index offence. Score moderate risk of re-offending or above (as assessed using the Spousal Assault Risk Assessment; SARA).
ExclusionsNot for female offenders, Not suitable for same sex relationships, Serious mental health problems, severe drug or alcohol problems, refusal to sign Statement of Understanding, Literacy/language barriers. Must be willing to discuss at least one act of aggression towards a partner.
Success MeasuresCompletion of Foundation module and 3 further modules, My Thinking, My Emotions, My Relationships. 90% completion rate for all starters.

DescriptionDID explores the impact of alcohol use on driving for men and women with a current offence of drink driving and either a history of drink driving offences, or an aggravating factor such as causing injury, accident damage or having a very high (double legal limit) reading .
CriteriaDrink drive related offence and relevant skills or knowledge deficits. (This can be deficits in problem solving, generating alternatives to drink driving, planning and poor attitudes towards drink driving).
ExclusionsSubstance misuse or mental health that prevent meaningful engagement, Where drug misuse is key factor in offence, 5 or more non driving offences suggest general offending behaviour programme, literacy/language barrier.
Success MeasuresAbility to plan to avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, understand effects of alcohol on the body and driving, ability to monitor drinking patterns. Drive safely. 90% completion rate for all starters.

ThinkingSkillsProgramme(TSP)
DescriptionTSP is a cognitive skills programme which addresses the way offenders think and their behaviour associated with offending.
Criteria Male/Female, History of impulsive offences, OGRS score 50+ with scope for treatment management override decision if treatment needs assessed for OGRS 25-49%.
ExclusionsIf risk indicates more than 1 programme (eg BBR or Resolve) consider sequencing, Mental Health issues, Not suitable for acquisitive crime offenders and alcohol, substance dependency.
Success MeasuresThe programme aims to reduce re-offending by engaging and motivating, coaching and responding to individual need and building on continuity. It supports offenders developing skills in setting goals and making plans to achieve these without offending.90% completion rate for all starters.

DescriptionRESOLVE is a moderate intensity cognitive behavioural intervention that aims to reduce violence in medium risk of serious harm adult males.
CriteriaCurrent conviction for a violent offence, Offenders with a history of reactive and/or instrumental violence, Male only, OGRS 50+. Where current offence is not violence, offenders can still be referred if they meet all other requirements and have at least one violent offence in the last 24 months.
ExclusionsIf Index offence is Domestic Abuse, Mental Health issues, Literacy/language barriers
Success MeasuresImproved ability to manage anger. Understanding of triggers to anger and violence. 90% completion rate for all starters.

DescriptionSupport and Intervention seven pathways to reduce re-offending - dependant on assessed needs. Staff visit service users pre-release, offer gate collection on release providing ongoing support and guidance.
CriteriaMust live in the Warwickshire or West Mercia area. A minimum of 5 days notice is required.
ExclusionsAddress outside the WWM area. Risk to staff will be carefully assessed, OM will be involved in the decision of suitability.

DescriptionAddress and challenge underpinning thinking and attitudes contributing to controlling and abusive behaviour in inter-personal relationships delivered as a twelve session programme. The programme aims to encourage and develop healthy, respectful relationships where all family members will benefit.
CriteriaMen aged eighteen plus who have a history of domestically abusive behaviour either convicted or unconvicted.
ExclusionsSex Offenders (MAPPA Cat 1), visitors on the vulnerable prisoners wing, remand prisoners. Those in complete denial
Success MeasuresOffender will complete all scheduled 1:1 and/or group sessions. Develop positive techniques and strategies to managing high risk and trigger situations. Reduction in instances of police attendance/interventions following instances of abusive or controlling behaviour. Develop and sustain positive and constructive interpersonal relationships

DescriptionControlling Anger Positively (CAP) is a five session programme which supports service users in understanding anger and the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour. They are encouraged to identify their triggers to anger, passive, aggressive and assertive behaviour.
CriteriaAvailable to all prisoners.
ExclusionsSex Offenders, visitors on the vulnerable prisoners wing, or remand prisoners.
Success MeasuresOffender will attend all scheduled 1:1 or group sessions. Develop understanding and awareness of relationships between thoughts, attitudes and expressive violent behaviour. Develop and deploy individual strategies and techniques to manage escalating thoughts and emotions to reduce instances of further expressive violent and aggressive behaviour.

DescriptionDelivered by Willowdene offering work skills and training to achieve OCN qualifications gaining work experience. Develop a purposeful working lifestyle and taking steps towards that lifestyle for themselves.
CriteriaAged 18 plus, Offenders who are at risk of re-offending and want to engage in purposeful activity.
ExclusionsDomestic Violence, or Sex Offenders - by assessment.
Success MeasuresFarm based skills training. OCN Qualification, Offender job ready.

DescriptionAlternative to custody, for women at risk of custody. Available licence/RAR. Includes all living expenses, food, accommodation, counselling, offender behaviour work and ETE.
CriteriaWomen offenders at risk of custody with the proposal being a direct alternative to a custodial sentence. Requires assessment for residence pre-sentence as residence will be in rural location, aged 18+.
ExclusionsSerious violent or sex offenders, women who are not at risk of custody.
Success MeasuresOffenders will receive counselling and ability to address root causes to offending, away from their peers and/or offending lifestyle. Access to services to address offending pathways including drug, alcohol, mental health etc. Understand the benefits and necessity of having a purposeful working lifestyle and take steps towards that lifestyle for themselves.
