Ingredients:For Chicken• 4 - 5 Large chicken breasts• 1 Cup raspberry jam• ¼ Cup hot sauce• 1 - 7 oz. can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce• Dinner rolls or slider buns
Steps:1. Add chicken, jam, hot sauce and chipotle peppers to crockpot. Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours.2. Mix cabbage, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Store in refrigerator for later. 3. Once chicken in done cooking, shred with fork and scoop onto dinner rolls. Top with slaw and serve.
