RAPID PAY CARD TRANSITION EFFECTIVE 1/1/2019

Effective 1/1/2019 we will be transitioning to a new pay card provider- Rapid Pay Card.

• All new hires that elect Pay card will be issued a Rapid Pay Card. • While current employees can continue to use their Sole Pay Cards, any employee wishing to switch over to the

Rapid Pay Card, may do so by obtaining one from their Account Manager/On Site Manager. • As of 12/31/2018 we will no longer issue SOLE Pay Cards. • Effective 1/31/2019, all questions or problems will need to be directed to SOLE directly at 1-800-457-5809.

The new Rapid Pay card offers several great features, including but not limited to:

• Earning Cash Back Rewards on In-Store purchases at participating vendors • Savings account (this can be your Christmas Club) • Bill Pay- Pay bills online or by phone using the money on your card for a low, flat fee per bill. • Ability to withdrawal cash back with store purchase without a fee.

The first card you receive is the instant issue rapid!

PayCard. It has a Visa brand mark but it does not l1ave

your name embossed on it. When you call Customer

Support 1.888.727.4314 to activate this card you may

also request an upgrade to a personalized card with

your name embossed on it at no additional cost. When

t11e personalized rapid I PayCard arrives in tl1e mail (7-10

business days) tl1e instant issue card remains ful ly

usable until you activate your new personalized card.

What should I do?

Most importantly, your money is protected wit11 Visa

Zero Liability2 Policy. Just call 1.888.727.4314 to report it

losUstolen and request a new card, or ask your

employer for a new card. Call 1.888.727.4314 (press 0)

and tell the representative this is a replacement card.

Is th is payroll direct deposit d ifferent from other

Not at all. The funds are deposited on your card

immediately.

How do I apply for a rapid! PayCard and get

started w it h Direct Deposit?

It's easy to apply for your own rapid! PayCard. Just ask

your employer or the Payroll department of your

company for a rapid! PayCard direct deposit form.

Can I add addit io nal funds to my rapid 1 PayCard?

The rapid1 PayCard is fully portable. Tl1is means that you

can take the card to any otl1er employer (second or
