Rapid Facebook Content Creation
Rapid Facebook Content Creation
• 3 steps once per month to create a whole months worth of content is one sitting
• When you have done this a few times, you can get the whole process done in about an hour
• Maybe a little more if you are creating images from scratch
• The aim isn’t to be super fast, but to great high quality content in one sitting so that you have freed up your time, energy and head space to focus on other areas of your business and life
• Instead of starting each day with “what am I going to post on Facebook today”, it’s done
Rapid Facebook Content Creation• Instead of starting each day with “What am I going to post on Facebook today”
• Go now to your calendar - Select one day each month for “content creation”
• Block out a few hours - until you get really good and it can only take you an hour or so
• I like to do this in the final week of the month ready for the next month i.e. in the last month of March for April content.
• In this scheduled time you are going to do the following;
• Review your Facebook Insights
• Creating your content
• Schedule your content
Review Facebook Insights

Content Timing
• Using Facebook Insights you will determine;
• 2 times per day when most of your audience is online i.e. 7am and 10pm
• 5 days of the week when more of your audience is online i.e. Mon - Fri or Wed, Thur, Fri, Sun, Mon
• The type of content your audience prefers - i.e. text only, images, videos
• What content worked well last month - to model for this month

Creating Your Content

Creating Your Content
• You must know what product/service is your focus for this time period and what is the specific sales process you are using to move people from Facebook.
• Without this information your content is scatter gun approach and your results will show this.
• Using the worksheet provided write down your product/service focus for the month and the steps of the sales process
• Working backwards from your PayMe content you will create your content for the month
Creating Your Content
• Based on your sales process do a quick brainstorm for each type of content you want to share.
• Ie Spring Colour Range (for hair)
• SeeMe - Inspirational quotes
• BelieveMe - Swimmers Hair
• EngageMe - Questions ie what’s the best thing about your hair
• PayMe - Free event on the latest colour for the season

Creating Your Content• The aim is to post 2 x per day, 5 days per week
• From Facebook Insights we found out the best times to post along with the best days
• Your content break down;
• 40% SeeMe Content (16 posts per month)
• 20% BelieveMe Content (8 posts per month)
• 20% EngageMe Content (8 posts per month)
• 20% PayMe Content (8 posts per month)
Creating Your Content
• 90% of your content should be content that you have created or sourced
• This is when the post comes from your Page compared to “sharing” a post from another Page
• 10% of your content can come from shared posts
• However this content can’t be preschedule
• I generally schedule all my standard content and then if something catches my eye, I’ll share it as an additional post

Content Calendars
Creating Your Content• To make this process easier for you, until you get into a routine/rhythm I’ve created three content calendars.
• Showing you exactly when to post which type of content.
• You don’t have to follow them exactly, however use them as a guide.
• Each calendar shows 20 days and you can select which days of the week to post.
• The three calendars are;
• Non Promotional Content Calendar
• Free Promotional Content Calendar
• Facebook Ads Promotional Content Calendar

• Grouping Facebook Pages together into one news feed for you
• Save Feature
• Allowing you to ‘save’ links, photos and post to refer back to
