Rapid Details Release Report Version 12.2 (Hotfix 1)
09/09/08
Issues fixed in Hotfix 1:
• Interior Trim
Generic profile included the full profile interface, when it only needed the overall size. Anchor point is not required.
• Bolt
o Dome head bolt
There was a mistake in the side elevation of the dome head bolt. The dome was too small.
o Dynamic hotspots placed incorrectly
The position of the end hotspots was sometimes incorrect when you changed the bolt from a fixed length to a variable length, or when you added a washer under the head.
• Break Line
The masking fill was using the background pen of the ArchiCAD view. For those who use a black background that resulted in the masking fill printing out as a black block.
• Floor Boards
If you changed the corner radius to zero, or changed the grip tread depth to zero, error messages would appear or ArchiCAD would hang. Error handling routines have now been instated to deal with these cases.
• Ridge Cap
If you chose the Set option for the ridge cap, then used the dynamic hotspot to adjust the angle, it was possible to flatten out the ridge cap altogether. In this case the 2D symbol failed and the object was replaced with a black dot. You can now flatten out the ridge cap if you want.
• Roof Tiles
Seemingly arbitrary restrictions were imposed on the position of the first and last purlins under long-run cladding. These restrictions have been removed.
• Truncated Truss
The masking background fill was not working for this truss.
