Every design is specially conceived to guarantee the best combination of resistance to weather loads and building functionality. The three primary standard structures manufactured by COVER TECHNOLOGY are shown on the side.
COVERS AND COLORS
Our structures are covered with stiff and/or flexible modular elements, largely customisable in colour and finish. With a wide range of PVC-coated fabric membranes and innovative materials, COVER TECHNOLOGY meets its customers’ requirements in terms of strength and energy savings.

MATERIALSMAKE A DIFFERENCE.
TECHNICAL COVERS
All systems can be equipped with the following covering systems, even in combinations:
• Flexible cover made of special self-extinguishing PVC-coated fabric.Covers are produced in a modular configuration with interchangeable elements, offering different degrees of protection (e.g. black-out, shielding, low-emissivity and insulated covers);• Stiff covering made from modular, self-supporting, double-coated panels, with an insulating core. Panels are cut-to-size and can differ according to the roofing or perimeter use, to the coating material, as well as to the flame retardant properties of the insulation.
STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
A wide range of exclusive extruded profiles made from aluminium alloy enables COVER TECHNOLOGY to engineer large structures, minimising the overall weight of the structure, facilitating assembly and reducing the need for maintenance even after repeated installation and use over the years. Some numbers relating to our installations:
• Single span measuring from 6 up to 90 m with virtually endless modular length;• Extreme wind resistance: up to 200 km/h;• Extreme snow resistance: up to 400 kg/m2, with a temperature range from -40 to +65°C.

RAPID DEPLOYMENT
The lightweight, modular components allow for quick installation, even under extreme climate conditions. The special anchoring system allows for assembly even when foundations are not available, on a variety of terrains.
Our team is also qualified for training activities and on-the-job training.
RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY
In order to guarantee high levels of resistance, COVER TECHNOLOGY supplies:
• Load-bearing structures, with aluminium alloy profiles and an almost unlimited life cycle;• Covering structures with membranes and/or stiff panels that have average 30-year life cycles;• Sturdy accessories, designed for harsh tasks and significant transport stresses.

TECHNICALMEMBRANE.
RIGID WALLSSANDWICH PANELS.
In order to provide high-performance structures, COVER TECHNOLOGY employs technical polyester PVC-coated membrane fabrics that offer high resistance, are self-extinguishing and are UV-resistant. These special materials are based on COVER TECHNOLOGY’S technical requirements and can be customised in colour, weight and thermal insulation. This strategic production process ensures precision and long-life, and is fully produced in our Brescia-based facilities.
Insulated panels offer an excellent solution for long-term applications, guaranteeing thermal and noise insulation, strength, and excellent fire resistance. Custom shaped, they can be installed rapidly, thanks to the series of special connecting profiles COVER TECHNOLOGY employs. Windows, doors and other finishes can be integrated in the walls thanks to special supports.

LED LIGHTINGSYSTEMS.COVER TECHNOLOGY designs and develops ALLUSKY brand, special LED-lighting systems, guaranteeing high lighting levels, even under harsh conditions. Each LED light consists of an aluminium alloy body with improved dissipation capacity and rust protection. The light compartment is separated from the power source and protected with insulated polycarbonate to guarantee various protection ratings.These systems are designed to minimise maintenance and required operations.

UAVHANGARS.Unmanned aerial vehicles call for specific hangars with controlled environments to meet all the requirements needed for their maintenance.
COVER TECHNOLOGY has developed solutions, even very large ones, for storing numerous aircraft models with an intelligent installation system that makes it possible to build the structure in less time and at lower costs than a masonry building with the same features would demand.

AIRCRAFTHANGARS.Modular systems for operative use for storage and maintenance in various geographic areas, requiring limited operations on the supporting surface.The system guarantees ease of shipment, even in a limited number of air cargo containers, quick assembly, ability to relocate, and significant resistance to harsh weather conditions.
This type of system is suitable for all types of aircraft regardless of size, type of door, and other finishes required to meet the operative demands.

HELICOPTERHANGARS.The strength of the frame of this type of hangar guarantees high resistance to mechanical stress caused by wind, snow and seismic forces, without requiring for additional side reinforcements, guaranteeing greater safety for the workers.
Assembly is quick and little maintenance work is required.Many configurations are possible for housing one or more helicopters either with fixed or folding blades.A wide range of integrated accessories are available for improving operators’ comfort and safety.

VEHICLEHANGARS.COVER TECHNOLOGY hangars for armoured vehicles are available in a number of configurations based on vehicle model and number, type of installation (field of long term) and required strength, always without interior or exterior reinforcements in order to ensure worker safety.
The expected vehicle lay-out and activities require different types of doors, from large clamshells for instant exit of multiple vehicles, to doors for smaller sized vehicles for each individual vehicle.Large variety of accessories, even dedicated for vehicle maintenance.

OFFICESAND WAREHOUSE.COVER TECHNOLOGY makes light-frame structures provided with every kind of facilities for offices, warehouses and special uses, such as air terminals, airport storage, production areas and any other application where quick installation on any type of support surface is required, even the existing one, to increase operating and storage capacity in a simple, effective way.
