Practical details
The plastic variant offers exclusivepre-mounted trunking couplings.The trunking clamps too are justone of the intelligent details allow-ing rapid mounting.
Fittings
Fixed fittings, such as external andinternal corners, flat angles and Tpieces, allow tidy mounting. As aspecial feature, the plastic variantof the Rapid 80 also offers vari-able internal and external cornerhoods as well as flat angle hoods.
Optional: Halogen-free version
With low smoke gas production, no corrosion and safety: Halogen-freeRapid 80 device installation trunking fulfils high safety standards. Com-pletely manufactured from halogen-free plastics, if there is a fire, it re-duces the amount of toxic smoke gases and the formation of corrosivesubstances.

The trunkinghas one or two compartments andcan be symmetrical or asymmetri-cal. On request, we can also pro-vide powder coatings in customer-specific colours, as well as lamina-tions.

Anodised surface
During anodisation, metal surfaces are electrically oxidised. This createsan extremely hard, scratch-resistant surface. Compared to other treat-ment methods, no outside material is used. The metallic character of thealuminium remains intact. In addition, the method offers reliable protec-tion against corrosion.
Easy installation
In the standardised 80 mm system opening, it is possible to engageswitches, sockets and data technology quickly and easily. Matching ac-cessories offer perfectly easy installation, from the wall end piece,through fastening panels to end pieces.

Three materials. One system.Rapid 80 combines straightforward design and the highest quality withperfect handling in termination and processing. The trunking covers aresmooth, fluted or transparent. Accessory parts, such as end pieces orvariable fittings, fit both the plastic and sheet steel trunking and the alu-minium trunking.

2. Partition and trunking clamp Partitions and trunking clamps al-low the safe, standardised installa-tion of different voltage levels.
3. Fastening panels and convec-tion grid profilesFastening panels make mountingat a distance from the wall easy.Convection grid profiles allow hori-zontal and vertical covering of thesystem.
