FEEDING STATION: Edgebanding materials in roll are fed automatically. Equipped with
a guillotine for P.V.C. up to 2 mm of thickness. Timer controlled automatic feed allowing
the precise adjustment of the infeed surplus and minimizing the waste of edging material.
GLUING STATION M2-NS: New design with improved thermodynamics, granting a shorter heating with less power consumption (2,5 kW); • The molten glue is injected at the upper and the lower points of the application roller where heating elements are built in to maintain optimum working temperature; • Automatic temperature control by electronic thermostat preventing the scorching of the glue when the machine is idle; Glue tank (1,5 kg capacity) of solid aluminum casting specially machined to leave the interior surface of the glue pot even, with no edges and sharp angles to facilitate the flow of the molten glue and its draining when cleaning cycle is performed
PRESSURE ROLLER UNIT: A group of 3 rollers exerting pressure on the edge band
mechanically in order to achieve its adhesion onto the panel edge. The first roller
(cylindrical) is driven and the next two are conical (positive &negative), of smaller diameter
and free running. The main pressure roller is positioned by a S IKO digital counter to the
desired edge thickness from 0,4 to 2,0 mm;.
END TRIMMING UNIT V-7: (A carriage with 2 independent HF motors (0,35 kW/12000
RPM), one performing the front and the other the rear trim cut.
Soft and precise movement of the carriage on linear bearings along hardened and ground
cylindrical bars.
T&b trimming unit JC-7(standard): Powered by two top and bottom motors of H.F.
12.000 r.p.m and 0,35 Kw. e/o, for trimming of the excess of edging material along the upper
and the lower edges of the panel. Horizontal and vertical tracers with SIKO digital readouts
for easy and precise adjustment.
WORKPIECE TRA NSPORT A ND SUPPORT: Drag chain – an industrial chain sliding
on two hardened and ground steel guides and pads with non-stick rubber cushions. Pressure
beam with 2 rows of rollers. Two working speeds: 9 / 14 m/min. Motorized pressure beam
with positioning from the control panel according to the thickness of the panel.
STANDARD CONFIGURATION OF THE MACHINE:

WORKING STATIONS
CONTROL PANEL RAPID-1:
SCREEN OMRON 3,5” : The OMRON 3,5” touch-screen display is 3.5" wide and has a direct connection with
the PLC allowing it to work in real time mode and monitor at any moment the
current status of the machine.
All machine functions can be controlled from the display a nd all features can
be easily accessed by the buttons (like editing programs, modifying
parameters, visualizing alarms, machine star t/stop, checking the PLC inputs
and outputs).
Up to 20 different job programs can be created, edited and selected
