THE TRUTH - The basic problem with building a business center is that people we sell our service to just do not drop out of heaven. Therefore, we came up with a referral system to help build a lessee's Business Center and share a huge percentage of ad revenue for each paid member referred. All members of the association, Free and Lessees, can earn commissions via sale.
THE SOLUTION - Anytime a qualified R.A.P. Associate registers a Paid Member for Viable Security a random Paid Lessee Member will be assigned as their referral! This means Lessee Members can earn a lot of money doing absolutely nothing more than being a member participating in the PTC.
NOTE 1: To qualify for earnings every member, Free and Paid, must click a minimum of 100 PTC, Paid To Click links per 30 day period.NOTE 2: For a Private Marketing Agreement (PMA) to be legal, according to U.S. regulations, it must charge a fee. NOTE 3: Free members give 50% of the commission rate to the lessee receiving their personal referral.
The Viable Security Paid To Click (PTC)
• To qualify as a member participate in the PTC. The requirement to perform a task is part of the requirement to be a legitimate opportunity. To qualify for earnings every member, Free and Paid, must click a minimum of 100 PTC, Paid To Click links per 30 day period.

R.A.P. Associates, free or non-subscribing members, earn monthly 25% commissions for all active referrals as long at the lessee remains active.
The Goal Of Viable Security Is To Create A Financial Reward For All Team Members As A Residual Income As Long As They Remain Active.
Professional R.A.P. Associates May Recruit Referrals For Any Member Within Any Matrix. If A Member Purchases A Referral That Person Becomes The Purchasers Personal Referral. The Recommended Maximum Charge For Providing A Personal Referral Is 6 Months Commissions At $8.75 For A Total Of $52.50.
Anytime a qualified R.A.P. Associate purchases a referral for Viable Security that manager accepts responsibility for supporting their lessee. This means Lessee Members can earn a lot of money managing referrals and qualifying by being a member participating in the PTC.
Professional R.A.P. Associates
• All Professional Recruiters Are Independent Agents And Agree To Accept Terms And Conditions Of Membership. The Costs Of Acquisition Of Associates Is Born By R.A.P. Associates. Payments Are To Be Paid After A Personal Referral Is Verified; Viable Security Accepts No Responsibility For Agreements Between R.A.P. Associates Or The Members Contracting With Outside Referrers.
• Every Member Is Responsible For Educating Their Referrals And Keeping Them Informed Of News In All Aspects Of The Associations' Functions. Failure To Support Referrals Is Grounds For Termination. All Members Are Responsible For Public Relations And Leaders Will Be Given Executive Privileges And Benefits For Services Rendered.
The Viable Security Compensation Plan
The pay plan is very simple. Referring Associates are paid a 25% commission every month for the sale of a business center for as long as a lessee remains an active subscriber. There is no limit to the number of lessees an associate or leaser may enroll. All Managers are paid a percentage for supporting the members at each level in their Business Center for as long as a lessee remains an active subscriber. A member is terminated is a lessee cancels their subscription. This is a business and we will not operate in debt or offer credit.
