It’s not about youStart a conversation to get the other person talking. Don’t take over the conversation, but ask questions to get to know them better. You are a
conversation leader. Be a great listener to learn how Plexus can help your prospective Customer or Ambassador.
Keep a positive mindsetWhen you keep a positive mindset, you feel more confi dent in sharing your Plexus experience. Don’t worry about a friend’s reaction. If you
get an unpleasant reply, don’t let it throw o� your game. Stay positive and show through your example how Plexus is helping your life
be better.
Be confi dentConfi dence is key. If you are unsure about what you’re saying, your prospect will be unsure too. Be yourself and share your passion for the
health and happiness you found through Plexus. You don’t have to be a product expert, just share your passion and experience with Plexus
products.
Kickoff the conversationMany conversations start with, “What do you do for a living?” or “What have you been up to?” By asking these types of conversation starters,
you’ll learn more about someone and they will want to know what you do in return.
Share what you did before joining PlexusWere you a stay-at-home mom wanting to earn extra income? A nurse searching for quality nutritional products that help improve people’s
health? Whatever your backstory is, sharing it can lead in to introducing why you decided to join Plexus.

joining Plexus at fi rst? Explain what changed your mind. You help build belief in others by sharing why you made the decision to become a
Plexus Ambassador.
Check out these examples:“I was hesitant when my friend fi rst told me she became a Plexus Ambassador, but once I learned more about her experience with Plexus, I
knew I wanted to try it for myself. I’m so glad I did!”

Be yourselfAs you chat with a friend or acquaintance, allow the conversation to be natural. You don’t need to use all of these points if it doesn’t
come up in your conversation. Be authentic and relatable with your friends and acquaintances. Plexus is about building relationships and
inspiring others to be healthier and happier.
“If I... Would You?”It’s natural when a person does something for you that you do something in return. You o� er something simple,
and the other person reciprocates with something simple in return. Here’s how it works.
If you were hosting an event, you could introduce it this way, “I’ve got some friends that are
coming over. I am showing them some things I’m really excited about. If I sent you an
invitation, would you drop by for a few minutes?”
“If I swung by to pick you up on Saturday for a ‘Sip and See,’ would you give me your honest
opinion of our products?”
