4-Corner Footwork allows a fighter to angle and circle an

opponent’s weak side in order to evade and destroy any

aggression. Movement is accomplished by falling into one’s

defensive posture and leading into your opponent with the

rear / base leg and following through to corner and angle your

opponent. This movement is the based on fighting multiple

attackers. Remember to move with TIMING, RHYTHM, and

FLUIDITY (The 3 Principles of Movement).
