served as the plan’s foundation and looks forward to continuing to work with the Glens neighborhood as The Junipers progresses through the City’s process.
◦ Lennar is a local community builder with extensive experience in and around San Diego County and the Peñasquitos area.

ParksCreating a General Development Plan (in partnership with San Diego Parks and Recreation
◦ A General Development Plan, or GDP, is a document that details the plan and design guidelines to build a new public park.
◦ A GDP is created through a series of public workshops that collect, identify, and synthesize public input.
◦ Once approved, the GDP will be part of the official project package which will be voted on by the City Council.
◦ The workshops will be similar to the design charettes many of you participated in with 33North last year. The only difference is that the GDP process is a City-regulated process.
◦ Feedback collected at the 33North design charettes will serve as a jumping off point for the GDP.
