• These versatile, totally indigenous machines work pneumatically like a robot, folding over 500 shirts in a regular 8 hour shift

Material Handling Systems

• Machine designed to work by hand, without any form of automation

• Reduces costs as the power consumption is nil

• The system consists of an extruded Aluminum rail which is supported by MS powder coated scaffolding

• Each hanger has rubber ball catchers to hold various parts of a garment


• This conveyor system consists of a tufĐn extruded aluminum framework on which a tensionless apparatus moves with the help of pneumatic cylinders which in turn are controlled by imported solenoid valves. These solenoid valves are in turn controlled by the apparel operator. In short, the main function is to automatically deliver the apparel piece to a target work station according to the planned work schedule

• Different hangers, brackets, switches are used for different applications

• It also has 3 dimensional work position, making it easier for the workers to reach out to the garment, leading to less fortigue
