Annual Pressing !Over 80 visitors enjoyed observing mill volunteers pressing apples on the restored historic equipment during the seventh annual pressing at the end of October. !Apples, donated by Alstede Farms in Chester, were washed, grated and spread to form cheeses. !Loaded carts stacked with lattice and cheeses are shown being pushed under the presses, yielding over 200 gallons of apple cider. !
