Colors and textures have been matched as closely as possible. Paper and ink limitations as well asinfluence of heat and light account for differences from actual coatings. To aid in final productselection, please contact your local TIGER Drylac office for a powder coated q-panel of the productof your choice.
Datasheets and MSD Sheets are periodically updated datasheets showing cure parameters, testresults, pretreatment information and more are available for all products in this chart. Pleasecontact your local TIGER Drylac office for the latest version or download from our website.
Electrostatic Dissipative powder coatings allow for the controlled dissipation of static buildup, orprevent the buildup of a high charge in applications like computer hoods and electronic cabinetry.Resistivity measures in the lab measures 10^6. Custom colors are possible in the dark grey toblack color range.
FDA Compliant powder coatings are conforming with the raw material requirements of the Foodand Drug Administration's requirements for 21 CFR 175.300 “Resinous and Polymeric Coatings.”This regulation deals with coatings that may be safely used as a food-contact surface of articlesintended for use in producing, manufacturing, packing, packaging, treating, transporting orholding food, when the coating is applied as continuous film over a metal substrate, or thecoating is intended for repeated use and is applied to any suitable substrate as a continuous filmor enamel that serves as a functional barrier between the food and the substrate.
The powder coatings also conform to the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3297 “Colorants forPolymers.” Please note: TIGER Drylac FDA Compliant powder coatings “conform” and “comply”with the above requirements. We have not conducted tests, but rather rely on the suppliers ofraw materials to provide us with the appropriate documentation. It is the responsibility of ourcustomers to test the applied part confirming as “FDA Approved,” as may be required by theircustomers.

Custom Colors are available with a 220 lbs. minimum order quantity and have quick turnaroundtimes.
Gloss Levels are measured according to Gardner ASTM D523/60 degree angle. Gloss levels on fineand rough textures cannot be accurately measured. in
