their Small Commercial Vehicles - ACE.Ÿ In May 2011 we started our facility at Sanand for supply of transmission components to TATA NANO

project.Ÿ In Sep 2011 we started our facility at Pune for supply of gear box components to various Auto makers.Ÿ We plan to start our new facility at Dharwad by 2013 for supply of gear box components to TATA

Motors.

Bhavani Group were founded by Nandwana brothers in 1975 to manufacture Diesel engine components. Entry into

Automobile sector was the first landmark step resulting in phenomenal growth of Bhavani Group. Bhavani Group today has

production facilities at Rajkot and Sanand in Gujarat, Rudrapur in Uttarakhand, Pune in Maharashtra and an assembly unit at

Gurgaon in Harayana. These units are equipped with globally renown equipments for manufacturing and Quality assurance.

Bhavani Group today employs a work-force of 1300, has attained sale of more than Rs. 2,700 Million. Forty percent of which

is exports to United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Brazil and China.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility comprises of cold, warm, and hot forging, machining, utmost precise gear cutting,

latest laser welding technology, highly sophisticated heat treatment facility and grinding. Bhavani Group currently produces

5 million ready to assemble transmission components annually.
