Sub:- Agreement for Electrical work at cell site
Please refer to the proposal submitted by you i.e. M/S Rajawat
Enterprises (herein referred to
as contractor). Having is office and lace of business at 3/133,
RHB Colony, sector no 14,
Udaipur 313002 (Raj.) for Electrical work at our cell site and
had subsequent discussion with
Sanwariya Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. company at Jaipur.
We are pleased to award the serives Provider at Agreement for
Electrical work at Cell site
on the following terms and condition.
1. Scope of worka. To supply install and commission of
Electrical installation as preseribed in Annexure
give by Consisted.
b. All wiring should be well rooted and clamped.
c. All material supplied for site should be of standard make as
mentioned in Annexure.
d. Proper tooling should be used while doing electrical work at
site.
e. All precaution and safety measure should be taken while
electrification at site.
f. Sharp bend should be avoided and proper clamping to be used
for cable.
g. Earthling should be carried out in presence of Consistel
representative.
h. Earthing strips should be properly laid and welded in case of
extension and properly
clamped to avoid any hindrance.
i. In case of indoor site PVC casing capping should be well
fixed.
j. All electrical equipment should be well earth. With use of
individual bolts.
k. Contactor shall undertake modifications in Electrical scope
of work at extra cost, if
required by SBPL.
i. A proper feedback of site work progress in respect of
electrical work of cell site
should be give to concerns in SBPL.

Authority/confidentiality
The service provider acknowledges and agrees that all tangible
and intangible information
contained developed or disclosed all documents, data, papers and
statement and trade secret of
the company relating to its business and critical to its
competitive position in the market placeprovided to the service
provider by the company in connection with the performance of
this
agreement shall be considered to the confidential and
proprietary information (confidential
information).
The confidential information including all data, documents,
papers, and statement will be safe
guarded and service will take all the necessary action to
protect it against misuse, loss
destruction, alternations or deletions thereof.
In the event of a breach or threatened breach by the service
provider of this section, monetary
damages may not be an adequate remedy; thereof, the company
shall be entitiled to injunctive
relief to restrain the service provider form any such breach,
threatened or actual. This article
will remain in force even after termination of this
agreement.
Corporate authority/Further Assurances
The service provider represents that it hs taken all necessary
corporate action to authorize the
execution and consummation of the agreement and service provider
will furnish Satisfactory
of the same upon request.
Assignment
Each of the parties to this agreement agrees that it shall not
charge, assign or transfer all or any
of its rights or obligations hereunder without prior written
consent of the other party. However,
all agreement contained herein shall binding upon the assigns,
successors and transfers of both
the company & the services provider.
Governing Law
This agreement by the laws of India; jurisdiction will be
applicable in Jaipur court.
Arbitration
All disputes, differences, claim and demands arising under the
agreement the same shall be
referred to arbitration. Each party shall appoint one arbiter
and two arbiters so appointed shall
appoint the umpire. In the event either party neglecting or
declining to appoint and arbitrator
