Chamble Cable Stayed Bridge across Chambel River,Kota; The Project comprises 0.700 km long cable stayed bridge with approaches in an environmentally sensitive area and in forest. Main bridge superstructure has a single plane of stay cables for the 30.20 m width deck at both pylon and post-tensioning in its longitudinal direction. The single plane stay cable concept is adopted for the first time in India and very few bridges are constructed with this concept in the rest of the world. The deck involves transverse pre-stressing in top flange as well as in web & bottom flange.

Second Vivekananda Extra Dosed Cable Stayed Bridge, Kolkata; It is a unique BOT project involving an 880m (55m-7*110 m-55m) main bridge, an extra dosed bridge across the River Ganges at Kolkata, India and multiple span viaducts for about 4.7 km on both approaches. Superstructure consists of a single cell box girder (D6,D3 & D2) erected as segments by balanced cantilever method for the main bridge and span-by-span method on viaduct stretch. Main bridge superstructure has a single plane of stay cables for the 29 m width deck at every pylon and post-tensioning in its longitudinal direction. The single plane stay cable concept is adopted for the first time in India and very few bridges are constructed with this concept in the rest of the world. The deck involves transverse pre-stressing in top flange as well as in web & bottom flange. The segments are cast by short line method. The substructure is a single pier with flare, integrally connected to the superstructure. The bridge pylons are founded on 9 Nos deep well foundation, the cap of which is located at the bed level of the river.

Oct’03 to Feb’05 with SNC-Lavalin / Al-Hassan JV as Civil Incharge

Saih Nihayda Gas Plant, Oman; Led the foundation for setting up unit equipments like columns, exchangers, compressors,

pumps, pipe racks, blast proof control room and sub-station at the Saih Nihayda Gas Plant, Oman for the Petroleum Development of Oman. (Value: Rs. 1600 Crores).

Dec'01 to Oct'03 with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd., South Korea as QA/QC Manager.

Yamunna Cable Stay Bridge Project, Naini (Allahabad); The project involved construction of the JBIC funded cable stayed bridge over river Yamuna at Allahabad / Naini under FIDIC Conditions of Contract. This is the longest concrete Main deck span of 260m and 115m side span, ever built in India. Stayed with 104 nos locked cable from two pylons roaring more than 60m above the deck. The total length of the bridge including approaches is 1510m.

Established the QA system entailing preparing of quality documents related to cast in situ segmental construction of cable stay deck, pylon, Inspection of locked coil cable, anchorage system manufacturing and erection. Quality control of cast in situ segmental construction, geometry control, factory inspection and testing of materials like post tensioning hardware and stay cables. (Value: Rs. 250 Crores).
