RAISING an EP FORM on myaiesec.net

Create a Gmail account for your EP Username : xyx.aiesec@gmail.com (keep it simple and professional)

Sign up EP as a Member on myaiesec.net

Once EP has applied as member,sign in from respective VP's account.

[ Click on Admin ]

[ Click on Approve/Reject Members ]

[ click on Pending Requests ]

Approve only your EPs form

Sign in from your EPs account [ click on Take GCDP ]

Fill in details from SNJQ form and attach CV

A 'New' EP id will be generated after this stage

To make EP ID on 'Available',sign in from VP's account Under 'AIESEC Programmes'[ click on Manage Forms ]

[ click on EP ]

Under 'EP Status', search for 'New' forms

Update Form Status

[ click on Edit ]Change status to Available

And you are DONE!! :)

Be sure to update the EP ID on the spreadsheet
